Door de toenemende online marketing mogelijkheden is er erg veel data beschikbaar. Het is niet langer mogelijk al deze data handmatig goed te analyseren en in te zetten. Alleen door analyses te automatiseren, kunnen inzichten in de data ontdekt worden en omgezet worden in betere resultaten. Daarnaast is er vaak nog veel tijd te winnen door repeterend werk te automatiseren. Zo kan er meer tijd besteed worden aan het op de juiste manier benaderen van de doelgroep.<\/p>

Adformatic is opgericht door Giel Hoogstraten<\/a>. Hij is in 2005 gestart met online marketing. Hij heeft een team met SEA-consultants aangestuurd bij \u00e9\u00e9n van de grootste zoekmachinemarketingbureaus van Nederland. Al vroeg hield hij zich bezig met het automatiseren van processen en heeft hij onder andere het algoritme ontworpen voor het in-house ontwikkelde bid management systeem. Daarna heeft hij veel ervaring als opgedaan als e-commerce en (online) marketing manager bij diverse retailers en andere bedrijven.<\/p>
